Young Champion, Kids &
Teens Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Now accepting students!

We offer Jiu-Jitsu classes for students starting as young as 4 years old in our Young Champions program, with additional classes for older kids in our Kids Fundamentals and Teen Fundamentals programs.
It’s a dynamic and engaging martial arts experience designed to help kids build confidence, discipline, and strength — all while having fun and staying active!
Physical Fitness
Kids Jiu-Jitsu provides an excellent full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through engaging drills and exercises, children develop motor skills and physical fitness in a fun and challenging environment. Regular practice helps combat sedentary lifestyles, promotes healthy habits, and enhances overall physical well-being.

Self-Defense Skills
Learning Jiu-Jitsu equips children with practical self-defense techniques that empower them to protect themselves in various situations. By understanding leverage, control, and submission holds, kids gain confidence and learn to effectively defend against bullies or potential threats. These valuable skills not only enhance personal safety but also promote self-assurance and assertiveness.

Character Development:
Through structured training and positive reinforcement, children learn to set goals, overcome challenges, and push their limits. They develop a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset that translates to success both on and off the mats. Additionally, the camaraderie and mutual support fostered in Jiu-Jitsu classes promote social skills and empathy, nurturing well-rounded individuals.

Belt and stripe promotions are a big deal for kids — they’re a clear way to see their progress, build confidence, and stay motivated. Each stripe or belt earned represents hard work, commitment, and growth both on and off the mats. It’s a powerful boost that keeps them excited to keep learning.
